Tri Trang Beach

Tri Trang is a small peaceful beach located just to the south of Patong. To get to Tri Tang Beach from Patong head to the southern most part of the Beach Road and up the hill past the Amari Coral Beach Resort. After you come down the other side of the hill Tri Tang is on the right hand side. On the beach are sun beds and open air massage stations. The sea is not ideal for swimming as the water tends to be quite shallow and rocky. There are a few simple restaurants and bars placed along the beach and up on the hill, which serve local Thai food and drinks.
