This marina complex is located on the east of the island in Koh Kaew, just a few kilometres of Phuket Town. It has a large dry dock area and wet berths that can accommodate around 180 yachts and boats. It also consists of a property development with villas and townhomes, as well as 3-star resort. The complex has a selection of restaurants including the popular Watermark and the good value, friendly Le Winch, which is situated on the opposite side of the lighthouse. There is also a bank, some coffee and deli shops, as well as some tour and charter company offices.
