Georges Sirre is the recently appointed new Chef & General Manager of "Les Anges" Bakery and Restaurant at Royal Phuket Marina.
Georges has excellent professional experience as 'Pastry Chef'. Georges graduated as a Master Baker, his pastry experience started in Belgium where his family owns one of the best bakery across the country.
"Les Anges" Patisserie (The Angels' Bakery) (pronounced "Lays Ongg") has proven a huge success on the island with many of the 5 star hotels being supplied with our specialty cakes, homemade pastries and delicious ice creams and chocolates, from the glass enclosed chocolate room where you are able to view the creations being made.
The condo owners and yachties at Royal Phuket Marina have the privilege of daily fresh produce delivered to their doorsteps.
