After 18 years running the restaurant DeTafeljoncker in Berchem Antwerp Belgium, where they were very successfully and very well known for serving gastronomy of the highest level, with as result 16 on 20 and 2 toques in Gault & Millau. Those both lords of the gastronomy decided to change definitely the grey Belgium for the sunny Phuket.
