Our goal for cooking is: daily fresh ingredients imported from Italy. So don't be surprised to find prosciutto di Parma aged 14 months or Parmigiano Reggiano aged for 36 .... Fresh home-made pasta, made with flour imported from Italy, such as ravioli stuffed with spinach and ricotta, Tortelloni, potato "Gnocchi" potato or Tagliatelle ....
