The Surin Springs Estate lies just off Phuket’s main west coast road, some 15 km north of the crowded, busy resort area of Patong but just a few hundred meters from relaxed, unhurried Surin Beach.
With forested Cherng Talay hills as a background, the Estate is set around a natural, spring-fed lake. The Estate consists of 8 villas and 8 apartments, many of which are for rent. The villas are placed 4 a piece, either side of the lake with the homely block of apartments situated at the head of the lake.
All of the homes listed are privately owned and are made available for rent according to Phuket Island Property Services standards for furnishing and services
There are 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments and 3 or 4 bedroom villas available for rent either long-term or for vacation rental. All homes are fully furnished and appointed to include linens, cutlery, crockery and glassware. The homes have been decorated to a high standard and include a minimum of Satellite TV, and CD/DVD/VCD facilities. All the homes have private swimming pools and a large freeform pool at the apartments can be directly accessed from the ground floor units.
Surin Springs is +- 350m from Surin beach with its abundance of water sport activities including some great surfing during the low season. It is for this reason that less experienced swimmers should beware between April and October when entering thee water. Be sure to check the flags before venturing in. If RED, beware.
