The first level of the villa comprises a spacious reception area, two guest bedrooms each with their own bathroom, and a convenient laundry area.

The second level plays host to a beautiful and spacious open plan living and entertainment area made up of the living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen.

There is also a convenient breakfast bar area which seats four. This area opens out onto a large sundeck with a Sala and a plunge pool making the most of the magnificent ocean views.

The third level is solely dedicated to the master suite. A beautiful large bedroom with a lounge area and a full length ocean facing balcony. A large master bathroom with double basins a bathtub and wet room, WC and a large double entranced walk-in closet.

There is parking for two cars below the property with a private entrance.
The Sun deck leading to the swimming pool leads to a delightful Sala with seating and a further relaxing lounge area.
