Review of Suwit Muay Thai Camp & Gym
We give credit to Mr. Kittisak and his family (the owner) who are all wonderful and professionally organised a very good training for our son. This is an old fashioned and not large gym but still offers quite impressive training quality.
Review of RPM Health Club
One of the bests in Phuket. I have joined their body pump & body blast class. It’s fun and burn a lot. Instructors are friendly and funny. Great music during the class. Their changing room is very clean. They also have 2 carpet tennis courts which i can see Boat Lagoon Marina from there.
Review of Atmanjai Wellness Spa Phuket
Staff were knowledge, friendly and encouraging, special thanks to Greg. It was our first time detoxing, but will not be our last, after 5 day felt fresh, fitter and lost a few kgs, even attended a cooking class so hopefully we will eat better at home. Liked the pool, in Rawai not good for beaches but had shops to look in. .
Review of Action Point Fitness Resort
Took advantage of their free day pass to check out their gym. It really is first class with brand new Life Fitness machines and all the free weights you could ever want. It was a weekend and there were some people there but far from busy, which is just how i like it. Really nice changing rooms. The rooftop pool looked cool with views to Chalong bay. They also have rooms for you to stay and take one of their fitness programs.
There is no excuse not to stay in shape while visiting or living in Phuket. The island offers dozens of fitness centers, yoga clinics, and personal trainers. Several gyms include the latest in fitness equipment and membership options can vary from day passes to yearly contracts.
As an alternative, Thai boxing training camps offer the ultimate work out experience unlike anywhere else on the planet.
