Established in 1998 CLUB ASIA FITNESS remains Phuket’s Leading Fitness Centre. Privately owned and situated at the Royal Phuket City Hotel on the 3rd Floor in Phuket Town.

The 1000 SQM fully equipped facility has a broad range of ‘STAR TRAC’ and ‘MATRIX’ commercial cardio equipment that includes Treadmills, Elliptical trainers, Bikes, Steppers, Concept Rowers and a range of ‘TECHNOGYM’ selectorized strength line machines. Our large free weight training area includes a number of ‘BODY SOLID’ strength machines, Counter-Balanced ‘Smith machines’, Cable cross-overs, and a full range of free weights.

Our 220 SQM aerobic studio offers a full range of LES MILLS (Australian Licensed) – BODYJAM, BODYCOMBAT, BODYBALANCE and BODYPUMP classes. In addition we offer Yoga, Aerobic, Fitball and Step classes. An average of 40+ Group X classes are offered each week. In addition we offer a separate RPM spin bike studio. Club Asia Fitness facilities include Steam baths, Sauna rooms, a juice bar, TV lounge and a swimming pool.

I’ve been there for years as a member, a lot of alternative classes such Bodypump, Bodyjam, RPM, including healing yoga as my favorite one. I heard that Zumba dance will be in their schedule. I’d love to try sometimes then. This is an average gym, enough equipment, but stream and sauna is quite small. And cheap for good energy drink bar service with good staffs there.

Not bad but showers/locker rooms dated, lots of equipment but a little dated. Nice pool that is often completely empty
