Review of Nium Massage & Spa
After an hour shopping, I tried head & shoulder massage that could relieve a tension headache and neck & shoulder pain. Receptionist arranged us a comfy seat. Professional masseurs, reasonable price and good service.
Review of Chaba Spa
Professional and well run. Loved being massaged while being able to look out on a small lake. Rooms are private and come with shower rooms, so had no problems with noise. afterwards they provided a drink in the lobby area. Much cheaper than my hotel, but more expensive than local massage shops, worth paying a bit more fpr something really nice and relaxing.
Review of Madam Thai Massage & Sauna
Even if not stay at the Merlin Hotel Phuket, but you can use their service. Just practical, good for massage but not so much for sauna. Standard price at 400 bh/2 hrs. Some people nominate the masseur, maybe they are the regular customer. Not sure that there is a member price or not, will ask next time.
Review of Bali Hai Spa & Massage
Had a chilled foot massage, as had comfortable chairs, but not that private, so I would not have an oil massage. Prices were the same as other massage shops 300 baht for 1 hour foot. Towards the end some nosiey Chinese gave in which spoilt things a little for me.
A visit to Thailand is not complete without experiencing a massage. Massages shops and spas can be found everywhere on the island and one can even experience one while relaxing on many of the beaches.
From ultra-luxurious treatments with prices to match to the very basic foot and neck massage shops, there is a massage place near you.
Be advised that in order to avoid injury a traditional Thai massage should be performed only by experienced professionals.
