Me and my girlfriend joined during Thursday which was 4 Waters day that included stops on 4 different areas where we enjoyed kayaking, trekking and swimming. I was fairly unreceptive at first, since I thought I wouldn’t enjoy this kinds of activities, but as the day progressed, I felt myself having enjoying and relaxing with the various things that we were doing.
There were different activities on each day and I would actually want to try them all after experiencing the first one especially since it was an enjoyable way to go around the area.
Review of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga at Sukko Spa
Practice room has large windows, with green views and polished flooring. Went to the morning ashtang session. Marcelo was such a knowledge, informative teacher. Class size not to big and people were at different levels.
recommend pilates yoga. Machines and equipment were brand new. Had a one to one lesson that taught me the basics on how to use the machine and adjust the springs. Pilates is like yoga with exercise. I used their trial opening offer i brought 1 class and got 2 free classes. Facilities outstanding with changing and shower rooms, just a shame they were not bigger.
Review of Yoga Republic Phuket
clean large studio, classes were mixed in level, teachers understood and gave help and guidance on a individual and group basis. The regulars, mainly expats were welcoming. We went a few times while on our hols. Easy to park and liked the juice bar afterwards.

This ancient Indian form of therapy and wellness is available for beginners to intermediate and advanced. Classes can range from 90 minutes to courses lasting over several days.
