Terms of Service

• Free delivery and pick up in Phuket town.
• Delivery or pick up fee for other locations in Phuket range between 300 baht and 400 baht.
• Rental price includes full insurance only when both parties are available for the recording and also covers a third person.
• For any claims not covered by insurance the renter will pay the cost of repair with a maximum of 20,000 baht.
• Deposit: a signed open credit card or cash 7,000-10,000 Baht depending on period of rental.
• Renter must provide a copy of passport or ID card and a valid driving Licence.
• One rental day is 24 hours with a no-charge late return of one hour. Additional hours charged at 300 Baht/hour, or full day rental price if lower.
• The vehicle must be returned the same condition as when accepted.
• Unlimited Mileage. Car must be returned with the same amount of gas as when hired.
• Very Important – drinking and driving is illegal. Alcohol related accidents will be the full responsibility of the renter.
