Koh Yao Yai : Bars & Pubs
The majority of bars and pubs are located in Patong but many can be found around the island. Other areas with a nightlife scene include Karon, Kata, Chalong and Rawai.
Soi Bangla is where the nightlife converges and there is a place for every taste available. Opening hours can be as early as 10:00am and closing can be very late. Happy Hour offered at some venues is usually late afternoon and 2 for 1 or half priced beers and cocktails can be purchased.
Please be aware that bars and pubs will close on certain Buddhist holidays.
