C-CON PHUKET, C-CON was established in 2006, diversified from Chana- badee Construction Co.,Ltd. By a team of professional engineers under the leadership of Khun Laksana Wongsaroj, who is Khun Pitarn’s older brothers. In the past, since 1994, the company’s initial construction projects were mostly smaller scaled.

In 2000, the company started to take on larger construction projects such as Boat lagoon, Lake Shore, Laguna Residence 1&2, Townhome 1, Lakewood hills, etc.

Currently C-CON has more than 70 employees & staffs with full range of expertise in architecture, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical engineering, construction costing, interior decoration and related business.

We accumulated a wide portfolio of both large and small-scale projects while continuing to grow, reaching a size that enable us to diversified to C-CON, during this period, we have been able to establish ourselves as one of leading company specializing in construction management for luxurious residential houses, villas, townhome, hotel & resorts, etc.

C-CON provides comprehensive professional services on Construction Management and Cost Management as well as Main Contractor on Turn-Key or Cost- Plus basis on many projects include residential houses, villas, offices, shopping store, hotels & resorts, condominium and others recreational facilities projects in Phuket – Thailand.
