The owner told me they’ve been around for 17 years! It takes almost that long to go through the extensive menu that covers Thai, Chinese, French, Italian you name it.

Very casual, laid back and great place to take a large group of friends.
A large screen TV plays the latest sporting events.
If youre too lazy to make it in they will deliver.

I work in the Laguna area and go to Black Cat at least once a week for lunch. They have a very reasonable set lunch menu. Food and service is good. Not much better for the price in the area.

Laid back, casual and food is consistently good. Not overpriced and fine place to chill and meet new people. Friendly staff too.
