3.5 out of 5 based on 4 reviews.
Phuket Town, Phuket Town & Central

The modern style decorated Fuji Restaurant, Central Festival is a popular chained Japanese eatery, which is always busy with both locals and tourists, as it is strategically situated on the 3rd floor of the major shopping and department store, Central Festival Phuket. Sushi lovers will not be disappointed with the consistent quality of Tonkatsu, Teppanyaki, Tempura, Sashimi and other well-known dishes, which are all nicely presented.

  1. Good taste, quantity & prices are higher than other Japanese restaurants, which is located outside shopping mall. Tuna salad & Salmon Roll Alaska are my favorite menus. I always order both while I visit here.

  2. I am a fan of Japanese food, and Fuji Restaurant is one of my favourite restaurant. Have just been there with my gang last week, their newly renovated is WOW!! look great. But after we saw their menu, Oh My God??? it is a lot more expensive. Finally we paid nearly 2,000 Baht!! for 4 sets menu, dessert and drinks. New things come with new cost!

  3. Just been here last week since they had renovated. It looks much nicer and bigger, more table and more space. Of course more expensive. They up the price a lot in some menus. Foods are very very good, yummy but too expensive! We paid about 1,600 Baht!! just for a few orders and drinks. I always order spicy tuna salad, a bit shock for the price, about 210 or 240 baht! However, Fuji is the best Japanese restaurant for me and my gang, so I must return!

  4. In general I am normally not a great fan of chain style restaurants, but I must admit that I like Fuji. The staff are well trained and are not like robots, saying the same phrases taught to them in the staff training book. At weekends it is very busy and there is often a queue, so week days, or late evening at weekends are the best times to go.
