In a comfortable open-air setting in the middle of the lagoon, Pakarang serves both breakfast and dinner daily. Theme dinners, held most evenings from 7pm to 10:30pm, range from “Seafood Samba” and “Pirates of the Andaman”—great for kids—to “Asian Delight”, two distinct Italian nights, and “Dine, Dazzle + Dance”. Theme nights feature live music and colourful dance performances.
