White Orchid Restaurant is a small, intimate, friendly beachside restaurant frequented by friends & guests that visit us again and again. Our food is authentic, delicious and only outdone by our friendship and traditional warm Thai welcome!

If you are in Phuket please come and visit us anytime but particularly to enjoy the famous tropical sunsets of Kamala beach. White Orchid restaurant is a 7-second walk and you are on the beach. We’re situated along millionaire’s road between the Plantation Condominium Residence and the Aquamarine Hotel.

We have been around since 1989, serving the best of delicious & tasty Thai food in our relaxed atmosphere meters from the beach. Our many friends have continued to visit us from around the world and we are proud of our continued recommendation in Fodor’s Food Guide.

We are, of course, Thai but Khun Angela, owner & chef, lived for a long period in France. So, if you would like good French food and great wine come and enjoy an afternoon or evening eating and drinking right here on the beach.

We are a small and purposely low-key restaurant ideal for individuals and small groups wanting to simply wind down and relax for drinks or dinner, and yes, we do get into a party mood sometimes with a backdrop of a tropical sunset or star-lit sky.
