Beef Tenderloin Roulade of Dalat: 450 Baht
French colonial influenced Vietnamese beef tenderloin roulade stuffed with capsicum, taro, asparagus and enoki
mushrooms. Grilled and served with a mango ginger spice.

Fresh Duck Breast a la Ton Kin: 480 Baht
Duck breast fillets grilled with herbs and a spices, served with crispy basil leaves, crispy egg noodles and aromatic sweet sauce

    Also known as Indochine Waterfront
    Indochine is a branch of the famed restaurant chain. Nice view. Indochine Kitchen (ie specialties from Indochina). Inside very elegant. Prices moderate but better than expected.

    It probably needs a little coaching (our food came at different times, quality vary greatly from incredibly well up to overcooked steak.. Very few guests (both advantages as well as disadvantage). We will go again …
