Review of Pornthip Phuket

Very disappointed with this place. Lots of yummy food, very expensive, promised a discount, got to the counter, they contradicted and said no, free samples of something! So annoyed, left without buying anything.

Review of In Gallery Paintings Khao Lak

We bought 4 paintings when we were on holiday in Phuket, we are very pleased with the artwork and the owner was very reasonable when it came to negotiating the price for the 4 paintings. I would recommend anyone interested in art to call in to the Gallery along the main street of Khoa Lak, Sun is the name of the owner. There are a few other galleries but we kept coming back to the Gallery!

Review of Ruen Thai Souvenirs & Handicrafts Phuket

I like their stone bracelets, very delicately made and it gave me a feel of uniqueness. I bought 2 of them for myself and one for my sister. I saw their stainless steel cutlery, really top quality and of course a lot heavier than the normal ones, but they look very nice. We will shop for this next time. The lady there is very helpful and friendly.

Review of Phuthai Phuket Souvenir Market

This is a one stop for more than one things to do! We were in there just for a short break after riding motorbike from Patong and actually for window shopping. Most items were well kept, tidy and looked good but not that outstanding to us. We found the same things as other shops we had been to, not their fault but it depends on what we needed indeed. Price wise, I think it was just normal for Phuket. More than 1 things around, I mean crocodile world, bird park and sukko spa were located just next to this store. We recommend to get there on your own not via taxi or tuktuk. Anyway I saw this souvenir shop offers free transfer from your hotel which is ok if you don’t wish to go somewhere else.

Traditional Thai handicrafts and souvenir offer a beautiful assortment of items that are either locally made or imported from other regions around the country. Wood carvings, ceramics, fabrics, silver goods and leather products make good presents to friends and family back home.
