Review of Nok Air
Bad customer service. Made a booking error on the website because I was booking off a mobile device and it was difficult to select the correct flight. I tried to call straight away. They said they can change the flight but I need to pay the call centre 200B per passenger. What for? I then tried to pay but I am not allowed to do this without a credit card. I only have debit cards. There was no confirmation page at the end of the booking for me to double check the flight time. Massive error. Call centre very unhelpful.

I travel often and Airasia became my favourite airline now. Airbus looks new, clean and in good condition. Their promotions help me save a lot of money I have to pay for my travel. Not easy to book the cheapest ticket but worth keeping trying.
Review of Dragonair
Extremely stressed and worried when my company sent me to work in Hong Kong 2 weeks…want to cancel if I can…I had very bad experience with my first flight when it has very jolt landing. More and more serious on departure day, 30 mins delayed…which can happen with any airports and airlines. More relaxed when I met the sincere smile and warm welcome from the friendly crews at the cabin entrance. Even the flight takes more than 2 hours, but no movies are available. Nice and prompt service. Overall “thanks” Dragonair…and will use the service again.
Review of AirAsia
I used this airline on my holiday from BKK to PHK. I really like their fare; very cheap and their service is good, if compare to the other low cost airlines. I enjoyed flying with them. But one thing I do not like is when I tried to use their airline app on mobile, it does not work!
Over 40 airlines provide serve Phuket International Airport, which has 2 terminals located within walking distance of each other. Terminal 1 is international and domestic, while Terminal 2 only has international flights.
