Rawai Nightlife

In recent years Rawai has become the party area of the south with a large number of bars and restaurants opening up almost monthly. Here you will find bars dedicated to showing sport, live music of all types (check out the Reggae bar near Naiharn Lake) and numerous beer bars offering all kinds of entertainment.

The biggest complex of bars is the Laguna complex (not to be confused with the affluent area at the north of the island) where there are over 30 bars to choose from and the main night club which often stays open until the early hours of the morning.

Rawai is also where you will find many of the expats living in Phuket go for a night out.
