Overview

Idyllically placed on tranquil white sand Pakarang Beach, the Apsaras Beach Resort & Spa is an excellent beachfront resort that is in a tropical, modern, Thai decoration design. Guests can reach the main shopping and seafood restaurant area of central Khao Lak within 15 minutes by taxi, while Phuket International Airport is around 95 minutes drive away. This resort has modern style accommodation and some higher grade ones come with direct pool access, allowing guests to swim from their room to the main pool. Guestrooms in the second floor have a balcony that can overlook to a lazy river pool, lush landscaped gardens or the beach. For those who prefer a real taste of food, the Kinnaree Restaurant and the Zeus Beach Bar can prepare a range of tasty special dishes, or there is the Ila Loungh for those wishing to have a holiday cocktail or a light bite to eat.

Go over to the Memories Bar - both for a cold drink or water ( much cheaper then the overpriced Zeus Bar) and for a nice dinner all about 50% off the price.

Chaos and mayhem at Zeus's pizza party. Power cut (no one's fault) delayed pizza production. Once pizzas were ready waiters didn't know who had ordered what!

Zeus's restaurant on the beach gets totally overwhelmed if there are lots of guests. This means long waits and incomplete orders.

Long way from anywhere so prices for everything are high. You can by big bottles of water in the shop at memories, the other side if the lagoon. Also no ATMs so bring lots of Baht with you.
