Insane. No one in his right mind would get a spa in any hotel of the Laguna complex. It's extremely expensive with no reason to be. Get out to get the same 4 a quarter of the price. The rest is fine.

beware of the taxi mafia! we wont come back to phuket as long as the taxi mafia exists! ps: wifi works with more than one device.

It's pretty but too expensive ... > 6000THB per night, restaurants are double those off resort + 2100 THB per night for our 13 y.o. to stay in room with us. Hawker stalls annoying but convenient

WIFI from the hotel is very flakey and is sold as a one device at a time service ie iPhone or laptop.

Spas and Restaurants are overpriced in every Laguna /Banyan Tree owned resort. But the kids club, beach access and the fact that there are many off res options make it all okay for me.

It is expensive! They charged an extra $70 just for me 2 room with my parents! Crappy T.V and no free wireless.

The resort is 'walled off' from the beach by a shanty town of beach huts and shack style bars and junk stalls.
