The Nakamanda Resort & Spa is a small luxury option, peacefully placed on the secluded Klong Muang Beach. It is about 40 minutes drive from Krabi International Airport and about the same driving time or just a little bit less to get to the busy district like Ao Nang Beach. This property owns a beautiful hillside area along which their elegant cottages were built and this allows stunning sea views for every unit of rooms. Recreational facilities found within these premises are a library for readers, a cocktail bar and beach bar for entertainment lovers, a deluxe spa and a sizeable seaview swimming pool for relaxation seekers. Wireless internet is accessible in most of public areas of the resort. Although this resort is rather away from the financial and shopping district, there are some bars, shops and local restaurants nearby or within a short stroll away. In addition to be a great hideaway, this choice is also an ideal base for those wishing to explore the beautiful islands like Hong Island or even Phi Phi Island. Mother House, a small restaurant, just to the left of Nakamanda as you leave the entrance, has amazing Thai food. The woman who runs it pounds all the spices in a mortar.

Eat at the La Cafe located at Klong Muang Plaza. 1 km from Nakamanda. Very good service. Friendly staff and the food is really good.
