Introduction to Night Bazaar - Changklan

A night market that is inherited from generation to generation for over the 20 years, the famous Chiang Mai Night Bazaar is located in the heart of the city on Chang Klan Road. This bazaar offers a wide variety of products ranging from handmade bags, textiles, wooden carvings, silk blouses, and other clothing. Most products are cheaper than can be found at other markets and it is still possible to bargain the price lower. If you stay in the Old City area, it is very easy to hire a Tuk Tuk to the Night Bazaar to enjoy strolling along the 2 km length of Chang Klan Road. The area has quite a few hotels to suit most budgets, as well as restaurants, shopping centres and boutiques. An array of food stalls can also be found along the walkway, and you can stop for a while at the massage stalls on the side street for some pampering.
