Introduction to Klong Toab Beach

Those who are looking for somewhere more private and peaceful, Klong Toab Beach should be their good answer. It is located on the western part of Koh Lanta Yai and in a small crescent bay that is just south of Klong Nin Beach. You can find this beach by around 35-45 minutes motorbike ride from Saladan Village. It is the last beach before turning left from the main road to a smaller route of the west coast. The large rocky outcrops separate this hidden beach from its more developed neighbors, yet if travellers want to change the evening scene to the more livelier atmosphere, they can just reach a number of shops, bars and restaurants at Klong Nin and Long Beach by an easy drive. This golden sandy beach is lined with coconut trees and plants and also comes with shallow water which is ideal for everyone to swim. Swimmers should also be careful of some sharp rocks during low tide. Although the number of accommodation here is limited, their range starts from 5 star resorts to budget friendly hotels. [158]
