Introduction to Tian Beach

Tian Beach or Haad Tian is a secluded, tiny beach with coarse coral sand, lies in the northwestern area of Koh Pha Ngan, between Salad and Yao Beach. Along this short but quiet beach are found some shades of the coconut trees which always help make the area cooler and ideal for those wishing to lie down for relaxation. The seawater here is mostly shallow especially at the beginning from the beach and thus swimming is recommended during high tide only. Some of beautiful coral reefs can be found not too far from the shore and to enjoy this without hassle skin diving lovers should take their snorkeling mask with them. As the beach area is not that large, there are very limited accommodation here and all of them are small budget friendly bungalows. There are a lot more options in the nearby beaches for travelers who prefer something better quality and with more facilities.
