Introduction to Laem Tong Beach

Laem Tong Beach is set along the northern tip peninsula of Koh Phi Phi. A small fishermen community with simple folkways and their own dialect can be found here. Visitors who decide to stay in this quieter part can choose from several upmarket, luxurious resorts and also a few mid range ones either seaside or hillside. This beach is comparatively nice and peaceful, in addition the picturesque views over Koh Yung and Koh Pai can be seen from the seafront area. Some other interesting snorkeling spots are Phi Phi Leh and Bidah islands where skin and scuba divers should not miss especially the popular shark point of King Cruiser.
