Introduction to Pak Meng Beach

Set on the mainland of Trang, this crescent shaped Pak Meng Beach is a precinct of Hat Chao Mai National Park. It is approximately 38 kilometers west of Trang City Centre. Hotels and resorts are available, most are inexpensive and you can also find few luxurious resorts in this area. Staying at Pak Meng Beach, you can relax in peace and enjoy with incredible scene, especially the mesmerizing sunset view. 5 kilometers long of the beach is opened for visitors to strolling or sitting under the tall casuarinas and admire the fascinating views. Visitors can also find variety of eateries with wide choices of Dim Sum, noodles, congees, steaks as well as fresh seafood restaurants. Around a 40 minute drive down from Pak Meng is the small town Kan Tang which was once a glory commercial area, and you can remind it from the buildings in Sino Portuguese architectural style. The yellow mustard colour of 100 years old teakwood Kan Tang Train Station is a point of interested, and this is the last station of Thailand’s southwestern route.
