Cable Television
As well as the nationally broadcasted Thai language television channels, Phuket has three cable/satellite networks which provide channels with various English language programmes for all audiences. (Some also have channels in other European languages such as French and Spanish).
Channels include movies, sports, news, kids programmes, etc. United Broadcasting Corporation (UBC) is the leading national cable television broadcaster and there are two local cable television companies, Phuket Cable TV and KPP Cable TV.
