Baan Wana Pool Villa

Baan Wana is a small community of 21 private pool villas located within 5 minutes drive of the Laguna area near Bangtao Beach. The tropical style villas are designed with large roofs and a North-South layout with a good-sized swimming pool and a peaceful landscaped garden in the center surrounded on 3 sides by the living areas of the villa. All parts of the villa are linked by wooden decking to create a sense of open living.

Each villa features either 2-beds and 2-baths or 3-beds and 3-baths with slightly differing layout configurations depending on the shape of the land plot. Total built-up areas range from 226 to 450 sqm, with land plots ranging from 240 to 820 Sqm.
