Description
This is a low level residential apartment complex completed in November 2005. The units are selectively located in 4 blocks of 4 stories encompassing a communal pool complex with landscaped gardens.
The apartments are designed to be modern, light and airy with open plan kitchen/ dining/ living areas. The kitchens are equipped with oven, hob and extractor fans and finished in marble or granite. All apartments are 105 square meters in size.
The master bedroom is located towards the front of the apartment with views over the pool. The Bathroom is en-suite and shares with the guest bedroom the shower.
The development has a large swimming pool that extends the length of the grounds between the apartments and the reception / clubhouse. There is a separate pool section for children or less experienced swimmers.
The Clubhouse has a reception desk to assist guests with personal requirements and a restaurant, pool table, bar, internet cafe and gymnasium. There is also a pool bar and external recreation area that guests may make use of.
The apartment is fully furnished and appointed to include linens, cutlery, crockery and glassware. The homes have been decorated to a high standard and include a minimum of Satellite TV, and CD/DVD/VCD facilities. Air conditioning is standard throughout but large sliding doors and patios overlooking the pool allow for a fresh air option.
