How to Book a Holiday Rental Property

To Book your Villa or Apartment with Phuket.Net, simply follow the steps below:

1. Click "Add to Cart" on the properties you are interested in and then click "View Cart" when you are ready to make an enquiry. (from the property details page, click the 'Make Inquiry' button)
2. On The Inquiry Cart page, you can review your selection and remove any unwanted items. When you are ready, click on "Continue to Rentals Inqiry Form"
3. On the inquiry form, select from the drop-down menu the month that you wish to travel in or click on the calendar icon and select your dates.
4. Complete all of the sections in the inquiry form with your contact details and number of guests, including children's ages (if applicable).
5. Read the Terms & Conditions and confirm you agreement by selecting the button 'I agree to the Terms & Conditions'
6. When you are satisfied that all details are correct, click the 'Send' button
7. A summary of your inquiry inquiry together with a unique inquiry number will be displayed. Please make a note of this inquiry number which you may be asked for when contacting us. A summary of the inquiry inquiry will also be sent to you by email.

A member of our reservations team will review your inquiry and check the availability of your chosen holiday property before contacting you to confirm your inquiry. Please note that your inquiry will not be guaranteed until we have confirmed acceptance of your inquiry in writing and received your payment.

Payment

Once we have confirmed the availability of the property, we will email you to request confirmation of your intent to book and advise you of the payment details for that property, as well as all applicable cancellation and refund policies.
