This two bedroom Penthouse is located on the third floor of the apartment complex. Located within 200 meters of Bang Tao beach, it is available for long term and holiday rentals.

This apartment is a low level residential apartment complex completed in November 2005. The units are selectively located in 4 blocks of 4 stories encompassing a communal pool complex with landscaped gardens.

The Penthouses are designed to be modern, light and airy with open plan kitchen/ dining/ living areas. The kitchens are equipped with oven, hob and extractor fans and finished in marble or granite. All Penthouses are 150 square meters in size.
