Off the kitchen is a separate laundry area with a front-loading washing machine and separate tumble dryer as well as drying racks and sink.

The lounge area is a large, open-plan design featuring teak and rattan furniture and full media ‘sight and sound’ provision, including wireless internet access, home-cinema and comprehensive Bose stereo system, including high-specification outdoor speakers to 18 metre swimming pool and Jacuzzi areas.

The four bedrooms are doubles with their focus on comfort and taste. They are light and airy rooms, all containing air-conditioning, ceiling fan, patio doors and ample storage space. With an additional double futon and all linen provided, The Loch can comfortably sleep ten people without any fuss. All rooms overlook the pool and terrace area and have easy access to bathrooms.

The terrace area of the villa provides space, comfort and taste featuring teak sun-loungers, tables and chairs with linen and teak umbrellas. Real thought and consideration has been invested in the lighting of the outside areas, offering atmosphere, practicality and security whilst showing off some of the many beautiful features of the property.
