Level Three

Entry into this Villa is on Level Three – at the top of the Three-level mountainside home. Level Three has the Master Bedroom and 2 Guest Bedrooms, privately located in separate wings overlooking the pool deck area on the next level.

Master Bedroom: King size bed, bed settee, air conditioning, 36″ Flat TV screen The room has a large balcony with full sea view en suite separate bathroom with walk-in shower, double basins, double separate WC’s & jetted soak over Jacuzzi Tub. Total area is in excess of 50 sq meters.

Guest Suite 1: King-size bed, private shower room, with balcony and a panoramic sea front view.

Guest Suite 2: King-size bed, private shower room, with balcony and a panoramic sea front view.

Level Two

Connected by Elevator and a large wooden Staircase, this Floor has the Living Room, Dining Room, Bar, Study, back drop of a stone wall with waterfall, Koi Fish Pond, and Guest Suite No-3.

Guest Suite 3: King Size bed or 2 large single beds with separate en suite Bathroom with a jetted soak over jacuzzi tub, and private shower room and WC.

Study / TV media Room: 40 inch TV with a Bose Home Theatre Lifestyle Music System, which is distributed in the Living Room, Pool Deck, Sala Area & the Kitchen breakfast room. There is a garden for sunbathing and relaxing. The Study has a sofa bed if required as an additional sleeping area to sleep 12 with an adjoining bathroom with shower, single basin and WC.

Living and Dining Room: Open-plan with a bar and beautiful modern furniture with art on the walls. The dining table seats 10 and has a pantry next door. There is 47-inch 3D-LED TV with a Blu-Ray/DVD player.

Infinity Pool: 140 sq meter with deck and seating areas, sauna, powder room, and outdoor shower overlooking Kata Noi Beach. A few steps up from the pool deck is the sala with seating area for 12 and out door dining area, bar and BBQ facilities. Ideal for watching the stunning sunset views and spending the early evenings with a glass of wine.

Level one

Located on the East side is the Junior Suite with its private garden, a top-of-the-range fully fitted kitchen, a breakfast verandah boasting stunning sea views, a separate maids quarters, utility room and laundry.

Junior Suite: The 4th guest suite features a king-size bed and a separate living area with 40-inch TV, DVD player and B & O Music & Home Theatre System, a large divan which can be used as a single bed if required. The total area is in excess of 50 sq.m. The en-suite bathroom has a separate shower and WC area.

Villa Staff

Our staff is here to help you, and make your time with us a memory to treasure.Thailand is known for its wonderful hospitality where nothing is too much too trouble and the team serving this Villa are no exception. In fact exemplary in their desire to make sure you have a wonderful stay.

To ensure that guests have an enjoyable and relaxing stay, a member of staff will be on-site 24 hours a day. This Villa employes two full-time live in staff, plus a part time maid if necessary . A Chef is called in for Larger Parties and BBQ diners by the Pool side deck or the Sala at reasonable extra charge for the day. The swimming pools and gardens are regularly maintained by The Estate.

Grocery Shopping Service

At your request the staff will do your grocery shopping. The simplest way to handle this is to provide a float (we recommend a minimum of THB 3,000 for 4 people plus THB 500 per extra person). The villa maid will maintain a detailed account of expenditure and will ask for a top-up when necessary.

Airport Transfers

Airport pick up and drop off will be arranged by the villa staff and is included in the price. Please note that if arrival times of guests are staggered we may have to charge for additional journeys. We provide a driver and Minibus 10-11 seater included in the rates quoted, after hours by arrangement.Gasoline expense on the Villa Guests.

Restaurants & Shopping

If you choose to leave the luxury of your surroundings, then Kata boasts a great selection of excellent restaurants and shops, all just a gentle stroll away. The villa is ideally situated only a few minutes’ walk from two of Phuket’s premier white sand beaches, Kata and Kata Noi, and the bustling village style atmosphere of Kata.

Apart from great shopping, with everything from boutiques to street-side markets, Kata is recognized as having some of the best restaurants in Phuket. For spectacular sunsets we can recommend one of the hilltop restaurants above Kata, or the award-winning Mom Tri’s Boathouse just down the road.

A full range of Thai massages (hard, soft, full, half, head, neck, foot etc. are available in the villa; the house maid can arrange for professional masseuses from a local spa to visit the house at a convenient time. There are also a number of excellent Spas nearby in the 4/5 Star hotels, the Royale Mom Tri Spa is 3 minute walk from the villa . (Highly recommended)

General

The property is maintained by The Estate with staff on duty at their on-site office who are willing to help with any problems our villa staff cannot resolve.

At the heart of the estate lies the club house and the Terrace Cafe – where the prices are as good as the fare. The club house also includes a floodlit tennis court, a well-equipped gym, an enormous palm-fringed swimming pool, plus changing rooms and showers.

The management office is open 7 days a week and all maintenance staff i.e. electrical and plumbing personnel are standby, so guests have no problems. The estate is also extremely well-managed, totally secure , and efficiently maintained.
