2nd level- studio room (65 sq.m) with spacious restroom equipped with shower cabin.

On the 3-d level You will find huge covered and well-aired terrace (65 sq.m) with splendid mountain view. There is a small kitchen equipped with electric stove and sink, restroom and shower cabin on the terrace.

Besides we provide two massage tables and big sofa with tea table, TV set (45′) with Russian satellite and local cable TV True visions(Gold Package). It is just a perfect place for outdoor relax.
There is nice swimming pool (size 5×12) with Jacuzzi in the territory – please note the size of the pool as it is very rear here in Phuket to have such a big pool. There are 4 teak wood sun-bed near the swimming pool and table with 4 chairs.

Rental price included: maid service 3 times per week ( from 9-00 till 16-00), during peak season 6 times per week ( from 9-00 till 12-00), bed linen changing 1 time per week, pool cleaning- 6 times per week, garden maintenance- 2 times per week, wi-fi internet, water and baby cot free of charge.
To be paid extra: electric – 4.5 THB per unit according to electric meter data, clothes ironing, babysitter and massage.
