Description

The villa was built by the contractor involved with the Amanpuri and Banyan Tree resorts. Large living space is the main feature of the villa which has a fully air-conditioned indoor 550 sqm. and a further 500 sqm. of outdoor terracing.

The house is a mix of Thai and Western styles, with polished teak floors and lovely Thai soft furnishings with the addition modern western bathrooms. The infinity swimming pool measures 10 x 5 metres with a depth of 1.6 metres throughout. There is also a large heated whirlpool with its own terrace.

Walking through the house, the top floor has a large entrance foyer leading to two large matching Master bedrooms with king-size beds offering unparalleled views, a private terrace, luxury en-suite bathroom with handmade large bath, separate shower stall, toilet and bidet. There is plenty of cupboard space as well as a mini fridge and a safe. The dressing table has a concealed mirror. As well as room to relax there is a desk/workstation with computer and telephone connection for those who need to keep in touch with the outside world.

On the second floor, a spiral staircase from the entrance foyer leads down to the large living space with the pool and well-fitted kitchen. The dining area seats 10 comfortably and opens out on to the pool deck. The third floor features two guest’s bedrooms, one with double King size bed and the other with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double. These guest rooms have great views from their private balconies and both have an en-suite bathroom with large shower stalls. Finally the fourth floor boasts a large bedroom/multi purpose room, which enjoys a sea-view and has a small terrace. Here there are twin beds that can be pushed together into a king size and a private bathroom, which is not en-suite. Two folding beds are available for additional children.
