Enter the property on the main floor into the hall with separate WC. and pantry off and you will find a spacious open plan living area with fantastic sea and forest views. Also on this floor are the kitchen and dining areas, and an entertainment area with a 42-Inch plasma TV, satellite channels, IPOD connection, DVD and CD player plus sound system with surround sound. An Internet connection is also provided. Air-conditioning is only in the bedrooms.

The dining area has a large teak dining table for 8 while the fully equipped kitchen has dishwasher, oven/hob, American sized fridge/freezer, microwave.

Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom with Balinese open plan shower and double bath has a king-size bed overlooking the bay and forest through floor to ceiling opening doors. The second bedroom has similar views and also has en-suite. The third (twin) bedroom is en-suite and has jungle views. The roof area has a pool with Jacuzzi jets at one end and deck and sun chairs at the other.

Included in the price is daily maid service plus towels and linen for 6 people changed weekly.
