The villa is surrounded by landscaped tropical gardens in a gated community with 24 hours security, around 25 minutes to Phuket International Airport, 5 minutes to Laguna Phuket Golf Course and 5 minutes to Surin and Bangtao beaches.

Remote controlled gates open up to a large landscaped garden and parking space for two-three cars. Double teak doors open up to the open-plan living area which boasts a wooden vaulted ceiling and is surrounded by tall glass windows, which overlook the private swimming pool and a lovely lily pond. A mixture of ceiling fans and ducted air-conditioning throughout the villa helps keep the interior cool and relaxing. The high ceiling also provides tremendous airflow, and you just need to open doors and windows to have a nice temperature inside.

The western style kitchen is part of the open plan living space, perfectly positioned next to the dining area with its 6-seat wood/glass dining table. The kitchen is very spacious with granite work surfaces and many wooden units ideal for storage.

The Master Bedroom is furnished with a fine selection of artworks and wooden fixtures that create luxurious and comfortable Asian ambiance. The king size bed is the ideal place to lounge and relax. This bedroom enjoys direct pool access. The two guest bedrooms have a similar layout, both sporting king size beds, walk-in wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms. The Master Bedroom also boasts a beautiful ensuite bathroom with a soothing Jacuzzi and is parly open-air, so you can stargaze whilst soaking in the tub.
