The Cherng Talay Village also has a great variety of shopping and dining possibilities.
Or simply relax in the peace and quiet , the villa has its own swimming pool and a beautiful patio around it with sun chairs and lounge sofas. There is also a separate massage sala, surrounded by a beautiful garden. The villa has also its own BBQ. The villa is very peaceful and quiet, the garden is bordered by a small river, opposite riverbank is fully green without any neighboring developments.
The villa is delicately furnished in a mixture of Thai and modern style, each of the rooms having their own color scheme with specially selected furnishings and artifacts.
The villa has four bedrooms that are located in a way that every room has its own privacy. Each bedroom is equipped with en suite bathroom (with shower cabinets), their own satellite TV sets (3 bedrooms have also DVD players), and two of the bedrooms have their independent audio capability. Two of the rooms have king size double beds, and the other two have twin beds but they can be attached into each other if desired. The master bedroom is equipped also with a small safe and a hair dryer. All bedrooms have plenty of cabinet space for guests’ comfortable stay. The villa has also its own furnished maid’s room, with its own bathroom.

- BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS
1. In order to confirm the booking, the tenant is to pay 25% of the total villa rental as booking deposit. After receiving the payment the booking will be confirmed by fax or email.
2. The remaining 75% or the total rental along with security deposit of USD 15% of total rental are to be paid 30 days of the start of the stay. If the money is not received, the booking will be deemed cancelled and the booking deposit less EUR 50 for bank remittance fees will be returned as bank transfer.
3. The full security deposit will be returned to the tenant within 14 days after the stay, via bank transfer, unless there have been damages to the villa during the stay, in which case the security deposit will be used to cover the cost of repairing or replacing the damage or breakage.
4. If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking and the rental is fully paid, and the cancellation happens on or before 14 days of the start of the stay, 50% will be returned to the tenant. If the cancellation happens less than 14 days before the intended stay, no refund on the rental fee shall be returned to the tenant. The security deposit shall be returned in full.
5. Cancellation is to be done in writing by email and it will take effect from the time when the email has been received.
