The luxury private villa is located on a hill above Surin Beach, with breathtaking views over the Andaman sea on two sides. There is a security barrier at the entrance and guards on 24 hour duty. Just couple of minutes drive from the villa to large supermarket, with many other shops around 30 minutes drive away. There are also many good restaurants near the villa, and several golf courses very close by

The bedrooms are a special feature of the villa, five are large, and all are luxurious, with unique individual designs, and the en-suite bathrooms are also very special and all different. There are 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

Bedroom 1 is by the pool, perfect for a late night swim before bed, and has it’s own private terrace and separate seating area. It has a king-size bed, a walk in wardrobe, and a large and unusual en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi.

Bedroom 2 is on the second level. This has a super-king-size bed, a large private terrace and seating area, walk in wardrobe, and a lovely bathroom with an outdoor bath with a view over the lush tropical vegetation to the sea. Both bedroom 1 and 2 have safes.
Bedroom 3 is on the same level as bedroom 2, has a super king-size bed, seating area and small terrace, it has stairs down to the en-suite bathroom which has a large shower, wardrobes, and it’s own pretty garden area. This bathroom is shared with

Bedroom 4 which is the “family room”. This is a very large room with sofas and TV, and children’s DVDs and toys. There are bunk beds, 2 single beds 3 cots if needed, and a queen bed. The bathroom is between the two rooms, so both have doors leading directly into it.
