Thai style wonderful and spacious villa (living area 250 sq.m) with beautiful garden
Situated on the 1600 sq.m piece of land.

This villa is surrounded by high fence, equipped with security alarm, has one entrance
with automatic gate. Maid comes every day except Sundays and stay at the villa from
8am till 4 pm.

This villa consists of 2 buildings: the main house ( 200 sq.m), guest house (100 sq.m)

The main building
There are 2 big bedrooms with king-size beds with latex mattresses. Each bedroom has
Air-condition and ceiling fan, and there are mosquito net on every window that can provide the most comfortable sleep for the people who does not like to sleep with Air-condition Besides there are big wardrobes, flat screen TV (45”) and Blu-Ray Player in every bedroom. You can watch cable TV or Russian TV (12 channels). Each bedroom has bathroom with shower cabin.

Modern western kitchen fully equipped with all necessary appliance:

Huge double-door refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove with oven, microwave, toaster, big
electric kettle, ceiling fan, kitchen utensils.

Dining room has big table for 6 persons. From this room you can get directly to the nice
terrace through big glass sliding doors where there is one more dining table for 8 persons.

For those fond of cooking we also provide barbeque.

Kitchen, dining and living room are combined in the open space and high ceiling
altogether with 4 glass doors looking to the pool makes it feel spacious and airy.

In the big living room You can have a rest on the cozy sofa and armchairs, looking
movies on flat screen TV set with Blue Ray player. You can choose between Russian
satellite (12 channels) and cable TV TRUE VISIONS(Gold Package). Moreover we have
a lot of foreign movies collections and Russian books.
