Q: How is payment made?
A: Payment is normally made by bank transfer. In some instances, payment can also be made by Visa or Mastercard, however, please note that there may be a surcharge added on credit/debit card payments.
Q: What number should I use to call Phuket.Net?
A: We can be contacted by calling +66 (0)76 325 915 or for urgent inquiries please call +66 (0) 824 230 203.
Q: On which days do villa bookings usually commence?
A: Most villas have flexible changeover days, only being subject to availability.
Q: What is the required length of stay?
A: Normally a minimum 3-night stay is required. However, in peak season, a minimum of 7 or 14 nights is often required. Please check with us.
Q: Aren’t villas and apartments more expensive than hotels?
A: Villa and apartment rentals offer more privacy, more comfort, and more freedom than hotel rooms and usually better value for money. When travelling as a family or group, a holiday rental is usually considerably less expensive than staying in hotel rooms and eating all of your meals out. When you factor in all the benefits and amenities of a private villa or apartment, you’ll quickly realize that holiday rentals offer excellent value.
Q: What is your deposit and cancellation policy?
A: Please see our Terms & Conditions.
Q: Are Visas required?
A: Thailand offers 30 day visa exemption or visa on arrival for the majority of countries. For a list of countries please see Thailand Passport & Visa Requirements. If you intend to stay longer than 30 days, you should apply for a tourist visa at a Thai embassy or consulate in your home country. This will entitle you to 60 days and can be extended up to 9 days.
Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?
A: Check-in time will be after 2 or 3pm, depending on the property, to allow for cleaning. Check-out time is normally before 12pm on day of departure unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.
Q: Are towels and linen provided?
A: Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided at all of our properties. We advise that you bring your own towels for pool/beach use as these are not provided. Towels and linen are usually changed twice weekly or weekly unless otherwise stated.
Q: How often is the property cleaned?
A:Most properties provide daily maid cleaning but please check with us.
Q: What is the electricity voltage?
A: The voltage is 240 volts, with 2- and 3-pin plug sockets.
