The front door from the landscaped covered atrium leads into the main living area giving access to the open plan living/ dining area / kitchen and the pool or up the staircase to the main sleeping quarters.

To the far right the Kitchen is fully equipped and has separate adjoining utility area and servants quarters.. The dining area overlooks the pool and the garden through ceiling to floor windows and has a wooden table and comfortable chairs for a party of 8. The living room windows are also large and the sliding doors enhance the airy feel of the home and provide stunning views over the pool and the green golf course.

A large patio leads out onto the pool with outdoor dining table and chairs for 6 and there is also a shady 'sala' for outdoor relaxing and casual entertaining,4 sun beds at the poolside are available for sun seekers. To the left of the main entrance is an open media centre area/lounge and the first of three double spare rooms . With king size bed and fitted wardrobes this bedroom looks straight out onto the garden and pool. There is also one comfortable shower room.

This house has in total four bedrooms. Three bedrooms are on the upper floor, the additional 2 guest bedrooms, are at the end of the gallery hallway which looks down over the sitting room below. 1 with king size bed and another with 2 single beds, share a bathroom and have separate walk in wardrobes. The Master bedroom with king size bed, en-suite with Jacuzzi, fitted wardrobes and balcony overlooking the pool and golf course is at the top of the stairs.
