Description

Entry is through a vine covered trellis screen over a reflective water pond. The dramatic double front doors open to spacious living and dining areas overlooking the swimming pool and view of Kata bay.

The windows and doors are full height and open to the swimming pool and outdoor courtyard, allowing the outdoors and interior to merge. An enclosed kitchen is located next to the more formal dining area, with an informal eating area between the kitchen and the pool deck. A sala positioned next to the pool, offers an outside dining option.

Stairs lead up to the large master bedroom with ocean view and down to the third bedroom. The second bedroom overlooks the pool deck. En-suite bathrooms include a bath, separate shower, toilet and double basins, with access to the landscaped outside bathing deck.
